Brussels, 24/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - On 24 September, Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Füle was due to sign four agreements with UNICEF for a total of €34 million to develop European support for the educational needs of children affected by the Syrian crisis in Lebanon, Jordan and Syria. EU support for the educational sector in Lebanon through UNICEF has until now totalled €23 million.
