Brussels, 18/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 18 September, the European Commission published Amending Letter No. 1 for the draft EU budget for 2014, reflecting the political agreement reached on 27 and 28 June 2013 between the leaders of the European Parliament, the Council of the EU and the European Commission on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for 2014-2020 (see EUROPE 10876 and 10877).
