Brussels, 10/09/2013 (Agence Europe) - During the first eight months of 2013, Greece notched up a slight primary budget surplus of €2.9 billion, it was revealed in preliminary data published by the Greek Ministry of Finance on Tuesday 10 September. An EU source said that Greece was well and truly on track for attaining its budgetary objectives this year.
