Brussels, 29/08/2013 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Azerbaijan concluded a framework agreement in Brussels on 29 August. Under the terms of the agreement, the EIB will soon be able to participate in funding projects in Azerbaijan. Similar agreements have already been concluded with four countries in the region as part of the European neighbourhood policy (Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia) and Russia.
