22/08/2013 (Agence Europe) - Carlyle's acquisition of Klenk Holz AG gets go-ahead. On Thursday 22 August, the European Commission endorsed the merger of German company Klenk Holz, which produces and sells wood, manufactures wood products for the construction industries and DIY and generates electricity, by US asset management company Carlyle.
