Brussels, 26/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - France has made use of a safeguard clause to refuse to register the new class A, B and CLA Mercedes cars due to their air conditioning systems.
The French Energy and Ecology Ministry announced on Friday 26 July that it had activated the safeguard clause to keep in place a ban on registering new cars manufactured by Germany's Daimler-Mercedes because they do not comply with EU refrigeration fuels rule.
