Brussels, 25/07/2013 (Agence Europe) - New heads of EU delegations in two countries of Africa - Ethiopia and Rwanda - were appointed on Wednesday 24 July by Catherine Ashton, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
