On 23 July, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the acquisition of joint control over Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL) by DUBAL Holding LLC and MDC Industry Holding Company (MDCI), all of the United Arab Emirates. DUBAL is currently solely controlled by DUBAL Holding. DUBAL produces and sells aluminium products. MDCI and DUBAL Holding are investment companies.
