Cult committee MEPs defend endangered micro-languages

Brussels, 20/06/2013 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report of François Alfonsi (Greens/EFA, France) on 19 June, MEPS from the European Parliament's culture and education committee call for the defence and promotion of endangered micro-languages. According to UNESCO, out of the 255 languages currently spoken in Europe, 128 are threatened with disappearance.
