Brussels, 16/04/2013 (Agence Europe) - France, Germany and the United Kingdom are calling on the European Commission to relax EU state aid rules for investment in innovative industries, said French Industrial Recovery Minister Arnaud Montebourg on Tuesday. He said the three countries were calling on Competition Commissioner Joaquín Almunia to introduce protectionist measures against unfair Chinese competition in industries like solar power.
