Brussels, 25/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - The newly elected right-wing president of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, will not have much time to celebrate victory before getting down to work to ensure the talks on financial aid for Cyprus are concluded by April, noted the French and German finance ministers, Pierre Moscovici and Wolfgang Schaüble, in a joint press release on Monday, saying that talks would need to resume shortly so that agreement can be reached by the end of March.
