On Friday 15 February, the European Commission gave clearance to the acquisition by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice LLC (“CD&R”, of the United States) of sole control of SBR Europe Sàrl, Luxembourg, the indirect parent company of B&M Retail Limited of the United Kingdom.
