30/01/2013 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: AAGM/EVN-Ferngas-Gasnetz Steiermark-Gas Connect Austria. On 30 January 2013, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the joint acquisition of gas distributor Austrian Gas Grid Management AG (AGGM) by EVN Netz GmbH, OÖ.
