Brussels, 22/01/2013 (Agence Europe) - The main tax issue on the agenda of the ECOFIN Council in Brussels on Tuesday 22 January 2013 was the unveiling by the European Commission of its action plan to tackle tax fraud and evasion and two recommendations, one on tax havens and one on fighting creative accounting by multinationals to wriggle out of tax.
