13/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: Dorna Sports/Bridgepoint Advisers Group/Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. On 13 December, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to a planned merger whereby Bridgepoint Advisers Group Limited (United Kingdom) and Office d'Investissement du Régime de Pensions du Canada (Canada) would buy up Dorna Sports SL (Spain), which specialises in the management, marketing and media coverage of sports events.
