Brussels, 27/11/2012 (Agence Europe) - On 26 November, the European Investment Bank (EIB) decided to grant two loans, each worth €50 million, to Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd and Erste Bank Novi Sad, both in Serbia. The loans will finance projects by small businesses and local authority infrastructure projects in Serbia. The EIB explains in a press release that the loans aim to help Serbia move closer towards joining the European Union. (OL/transl.fl)
