Brussels, 26/10/2012 (Agence Europe) - For the second time, Romania is to be hit by a suspension of payments for three programmes jointly financed by the European structural funds due to its bad management and lack of controls. Bucharest has two months in which to convince the Commission that it is taking the bull by the horns - although it will not be the first time it has done so.
