Brussels, 25/09/2012 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 24 September, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said during her meeting with Prime Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaci on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly that “difficult decisions would be needed both in Belgrade and Pristina” as part of the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo.
