Brussels, 24/08/2012 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on Thursday 23 August that it would give new aid of €19.5 million as part of the annual action programme 2012 for Azerbaijan. The funding will be used to help reform the institutions responsible for bilateral relations with the EU - in particular in the areas of justice and migration. It will contribute to streamlining the visa application process, which will help to increase mobility for the Azerbaijani people.
