Brussels, 27/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - The Mauritanian government and the EU signed a new fisheries agreement on Thursday 26 July to run for two years from 1 August. “We have managed to agree a two-year deal after, at times intense, marathon negotiations lasting 15 months”, said Mauritanian negotiator Sheikh Ould Baya, after the signing.
