New heads of EU delegations in Cuba and Djibouti

Brussels, 19/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission announced on Thursday 19 July that the new Heads of EU Delegations to Cuba and Djibouti are soon to be appointed. Belgian diplomat Herman Portocarero will become Head of Delegation in Havana, and French diplomat Joseph Silva will become the next Head of Delegation in Djibouti.
