Brussels, 05/07/2012 (Agence Europe) - Cluj-Napoca (Romania), Ivanovo (Russia), Varna (Bulgaria) and Vilnius (Lithuania) have been selected to compete for the title of European Youth Capital 2015, the European Youth Forum has announced.
