22/05/2012 (Agence Europe) - Joseph Daul's regrets. The head of the EPP Group at the European Parliament, Joseph Daul, said on Tuesday 22 May 2012 that he regretted the fact that Egypt had not allowed EU observers to monitor its 23-24 May presidential elections, pointing out that Egypt is the only Arab Spring country that has not allowed EU observers to monitor its elections.
