Brussels, 26/04/2012 (Agence Europe) - The president of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, may decide to convene a special summit in the form of a working dinner of EU leaders to prepare for the full summit at the end of the Danish Presidency in June 2012. At the Business Summit in Brussels on Thursday 26 April, Van Rompuy said he had not ruled out convening an extra summit ahead of the June one. The summit at the end of June will be dominated by the lacklustre economic growth in Europe and how to deal with it. On Wednesday, the head of the ECB, Mario Draghi, called for a growth pact to encourage structural reform, alongside the fiscal compact to boost budget discipline, to which 25 member states agreed in March 2012.
