Brussels, 18/04/2012 (Agence Europe) - Though the most contentious issues in the talks - motor cars, public procurement, wines and spirits, services and sustainable development clauses (see EUROPE 10585) - remain to be settled, the EU and India hope to conclude a bilateral investment and trade agreement (BITA) by September.
