Brussels, 22/03/2012 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Thursday 22 March to send Germany to court and to send warning letters to Belgium, the UK and Sweden over tax rules in these countries that break EU rules. The latter three member states have two months to change their laws, failing which they may be sent to the European Court of Justice.
