Brussels, 27/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - As with Ukraine, the EU is to negotiate agreements for free-trade areas with Moldova and Georgia, in the framework of the Eastern Partnership. Karel De Gucht is in Chisinau and Tbilissi for the official launch of the talks.
