Brussels, 24/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - The General Affairs Council will meet on Tuesday 28 February and will discuss whether to grant Serbia candidate country status for accession to the EU given the conditions set by EU leaders in December 2011. Over lunch, with Council President Herman Van Rompuy in attendance, they will prepare for the European Council on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 March.
