Investment must be at heart of European budget

Brussels, 01/02/2012 (Agence Europe) - Investment must be the watchword of the European budget, stressed the experts at a conference on the European budget 2014-2020 in Brussels on Tuesday 31 January. All agreed on the need for a budget that allows economies of scale and investment in the future to be made.
