Brussels, 06/12/2011 (Agence Europe) - Philippe Richert, French minister responsible for regional authorities and President of the Alsace Regional Council, and Philippe de Fontaine Vive Curtaz, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), signed a €40 million loan agreement at the Region's headquarters on Monday 5 December 2011.
