Road haulage clients should bear variable costs

Brussels, 04/11/2011 (Agence Europe) - The International Road Transport Union (IRU) has said that variable costs, such as fuel, road taxes and tolls, should be passed on by road hauliers to clients. To better reflect the latest economic, legal and contractual developments in hauliers' operating environment, the IRU has revised its General Conditions for International Carriage of Goods.
