Krakow, 13/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - On the fringes of the EU Sports Council on Thursday 13 October, French Sports Minister David Douillet called on European ministers to make it a crime for athletes to take drugs to enhance their performance, calling such people crooks and thieves, stealing the careers of honest athletes.
