Brussels, 04/10/2011 (Agence Europe) - A good piece of news for consumers - cross-border deliveries of goods bought online are generally reliable, and the quality of goods supplied highly satisfactory, according to the results of a report published on Tuesday 4 October by the European Commission. Things are not altogether rosy, however, especially because there are too few sites that agree to deliver outside national territory.
