Brussels, 05/09/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 5 September, Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe Thomas Hammarberg, at the occasion of the commemorations for 11 September 2001, asked Romania, Lithuania and Poland to shed light on their cooperation with the CIA over the secret detention of suspects, which began in the wake of the attacks.
