The European Commission announced on Friday 26 August that it had appointed new heads of its representations in Luxembourg, Estonia and Latvia. Mr Georges Bingen, Mr Hannes Rumm and Ms Inna Šteinbuka respectively will take up office on 1st September. (O.L./transl.rt)
