Brussels, 24/08/2011 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 24 August, the European Commission cleared the acquisition of joint control of the Italian company G6 Rete Gas by Fondi Italiani per le Infrastrutture (“F2i”) and three investment funds indirectly managed by AXA Private Equity, which are part of the AXA Group.
