22/07/2011 (Agence Europe) - Mergers: Teerag-Asdag/Porr. On Friday 22 July 2011, the European Commission granted clearance to the proposed concentration by which Allgemeine Baugesellschaft - A. Porr Aktiengesellschaft (Porr, Austria) plans to acquire the whole of the undertaking of Teerag Asdag Aktiengesellschaft (Teerag-Asdgag, Austria). Porr is currently jointly controlled by B&C and Ortner and is active in the construction industry (building and road construction, project development and civil engineering in Europe, the Middle-East and North Africa) while Teerag builds roads, mainly in Austria.
