Brussels, 11/07/2011 (Agence Europe) - The EU commissioner responsible for financial markets, Michel Barnier, suggested on Monday 11 July that there should be far tighter rules governing credit rating agencies and they should be banned from rating countries in receipt of international aid plans, as suggested by former French finance minster, Christine Lagarde.
