According to data published by Eurostat on Wednesday 16 March, hourly labour rates in the eurozone increased at an annual rate of 1.6% in the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to 0.9% in the previous quarter. Across the EU, the annual increase was 2.0% in the fourth quarter of 2010, compared to 1.2% the previous quarter. (O.L./transl.fl)
