Brussels, 10/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - After giving their backing to selling sugar at zero duty in Europe, two weeks ago (EUROPE 10323), EU member states voted on Thursday 10 March in favour of supplying the Community market by opening an import quota for 300,000 tonnes of raw or refined sugar at zero duty.
