Brussels, 14/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 14 December, the European Commission adopted draft legislation which will cut red tape in cases involving consumers and businesses. For this, the Commission proposes abolishing the “exequatur” procedure, which is carried out more than 10,000 times per year in the EU and seeks to make states' judgements enforceable abroad.
