Brussels, 06/12/2010 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Central Bank (ECB) is the winner of the Charlemagne Prize 2011 “for his work in favour of the stability of the euro” despite the crisis throughout the euro zone. He will receive his prize, which has been awarded every year since 1950 to people who have worked to forward the European cause, in Aachen on 2 June 2011. (H.B./transl.fl)
