Brussels, 04/11/2010 (Agence Europe) - The selection procedure for the 2011 European Charlemagne Youth Prize was launched on Thursday 28 October. The prize is awarded to young people aged between 16 and 30 who have been involved in projects to promote understanding between people from different European countries.
