Brussels, 21/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - Economic partnership agreements (EPAs) negotiated since 2002 between the EU and ACP countries to be concluded at the end of 2007 have little chance of actually being sealed before the EU-Africa summit in November this year, and will end up in the hot seat twice on Friday 22 October in Brussels.
