Brussels, 16/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - “It is high time for the European Union to play a leading political role alongside the United States, whose commitment it supports, and alongside the Israeli and Palestinian parties in peace talks”, said Bernard Kouchner, France's Foreign Minister, cited on Wednesday 15 September by his spokesman.
