Brussels, 27/08/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 26 August, the European Bank Controllers' Committee (CEBS) published guidelines on stress tests for banks to determine their ability of resist financial turbulence. The guidelines are due to be implemented by national bank supervisory authorities by the end of the year.
