06/08/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 6 August, the European Commission gave its go-ahead to acquisition of joint control by Corio NV (of the Netherlands) and Allianz SE (of Germany) over the operation of the Galleria Commerciale Porta di Roma shopping centre, in Rome (Italy), by share swap.
