07/07/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 6 July, the European Commission approved Finnish aid of €3 million for supplementary pension rights accrued by staff of newly established shipping company Arctia Shipping Oy, before Finland opened up the ice-breaking sector. The Commission considers this measure necessary to put the company on an equal footing with its competitors. (O.L./transl.rt)
