Parliament refers maritime surveillance rules to Court of Justice

Brussels, 29/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Parliament, which considers the European Commission had exceeded its authority, has decided to take action before the EU Court of Justice concerning Frontex guidelines on surveillance of the EU's external maritime borders.
