25/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - The French Caisse des dépôts and the Italian Cassa Depositi e Prestiti have joined forces to set up InfraMed, a regional fund to finance Union for the Mediterranean projects. According to the two organisations, the fund will be the largest in the MENA (Middle East, North Africa) region. It will have initial capital of €400 million, rising ultimately to €1 billion.
